Codex quota is still full and not reseting

What issue are you seeing?

My Codex quota is still full and not reseting. In the morning it said, that reset would be in 5 pm, and now (it is 16:37 )it says:

I havent use Codex from evening midnight, for about 16.5 hours!

What steps can reproduce the bug?
