Did 0.123.0 run on your machine? Just wondering if this is a regression in 0.124.0 or perhaps a configuration issue on your system? We haven't seen this problem internally or received reports (yet) from other users.

Yes, i was using 0.123.0 without problems just before updating.

Upgrade from 0.123. My env is ubuntu24.04. Downloading the bin directly can work. But npm install is broken. It's not related to the binary.

This may be a timing issue. It can take a little while for uploads to npm to complete. Give it a few minutes and try again.
