Azure GCC High's most up-to-date model is gpt-5.1. Please do not drop support for this until Azure's govt offering approves and rolls out the next version.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
try to use gpt-5.1
What is the expected behavior?
The perfectly good gpt-5.1 section in models.json still exists and codex recognizes the model.
