ssh: connect to host xxx .xxx.xx.x port 22: Operation not permitted

ssh failed too

before upgrade to new version 0.124.0, every thing run fine. After upgrade failed ...failed ...failed

Am I correct in assuming that you asked the Agent to run adb? Do you have the Codex sandbox enabled? If so, then adb is likely relying on some resource that's blocked by the sandbox. You'll need to figure out what resource and then consider whether to adjust the sandbox policy to allow access.
