When searching with Ctrl + F the search window click buttons sit on a lower layer than the main close / minimize buttons. So it is difficult to click the X. It scales with the window, so it doesn't matter of resolution.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Press Ctrl + F
- Try to close the search window without closing the Codex window
What is the expected behavior?
Proper hitboxes and z-index order

Still reproducible for me on Windows.
This is a VERY FRUSTRATING UI bug: when I try to close the small search panel, I can accidentally close the entire Codex app instead. I'm tired of reopening the app after hitting the app close button by mistake while only trying to dismiss search.
I originally reported the same scenario in #21586, which I closed as a duplicate of this issue.
