What platform is your computer?
Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64
What issue are you seeing?
Codex is automatically deducting tokens very fast, when not even prompted or when codex is working. the avg amount noticed getting deducted without codex woeking is between 1-5%
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Normal prompts or codex doing tasks.
What is the expected behavior?
Tokens shouldn't be used when not in use.
