Same bug here on Plus. Hit the 5-hour limit, desktop shows "You're out of Codex messages" even though Codex Analytics says I have 842 credits left.

Tried the obvious stuff — sign out / sign in, full restart, re-auth. No change in the desktop app.

But the CLI works fine on the same account: after a painful codex resume to get back to my session, messages send and credits actually get spent. So it's the desktop app that won't touch the credits, not the account.

Same bug here on plus. Bought credits twice. Once from codex IDE and once from codex web usage page.
Credits not showing up. Gotta switch models.

You can continue in the Codex CLI if I remember well, when I had the same issue.
