is there an estimate time when 0.16.0 is out? I would expect with GPT5 Codex CLI demand is going to massively increase

It's not working for me. I'm stuck on this page: https://auth.openai.com/sign-in-with-chatgpt/consent. Browser is just perpetually loading and doesn't appear to time out.
