codex rate limit app glitch

good evening , i seem to be having a glitch while using codex , i really wanted to try the new 5.5 model but it keeps saying i need a subscription i already have and my rate limits are going to 0 than back up to1?! it refuses to allow me even to see 5.5 says i need to upgrade .
