Updated to latest version, now constant hangs and no conversations will load

What issue are you seeing?

I updated to try GPT5.5. Now I see these issues.

• Hangs on opening and is unresponsive when I click the login button
• No conversations will load
• Constant crashes with Code=9 Signal=Null Most recent error=none.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Install the latest version of Codex App.
2. Try to open a conversation.
3. Conversation remains blank forever.

What is the expected behavior?

Conversation opens correctly

I am working in WSL.
