Cannot resume conversations sometimes

What issue are you seeing?
This shit is too fucking annoying!! Sometimes the conversation just gets randomly inaccessible. If I try to resume a previous session, sometimes it just does NOT Load and its like its completely gone.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Just use it.
What is the expected behavior?
I should be able to not lose entire conversations because of this strange bug.
