Improve session rename flow in VS Code Codex Chat

Summary

Renaming a session in VSCode Codex Chat is currently difficult and takes too many steps.

Why this matters

It’s hard to quickly give context to work-in-progress threads, especially when several sessions are open. The current flow feels hidden/slow and interrupts chat flow.

Expected behavior

• Make session rename easily discoverable from session list.
• Support quick inline rename (one-click / keyboard-friendly).
• Optionally preserve current title-edit path, but add a faster path with keyboard and/or command palette support.
• Optionally allow temporary "Rename session" action in the same dropdown as close/archive/delete.

Repro (current)

1. Open VSCode Codex Chat.
2. Attempt to rename a session.
3. Navigate through nested/contextual actions to rename.
4. Confirm it takes longer than expected and is hard to discover.

If helpful, please treat this as a UX improvement with keyboard support as a first-class path.
