Codex CLI Built-in Memory banning Memory MCPs from being used by the agent

Which model were you using?

What issue are you seeing?
The issue is happen when Codex CLI built-in Memory is enabled, it is banning Memory MCPs from being work ( banning Memory MCPs tool calling ), and after disabling the Codex CLI memory, the Memory MCP back to work perfectly, Codex Agent reported this as well.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Avoide Codex CLI built-in memory from banning Memory MCPs tool calling
What is the expected behavior?
Ability to use Memory MCPs when built-in memory enabled.
