I am unable to set remote Connections in Settings

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Version 26.422.30944 (2080)

What subscription do you have?

Pro 100USD

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 25.4.0 arm64 arm

What issue are you seeing?

I am unable to see the Connections in settings even if I set the

~/.codex/config.toml to

[features]
remote_control = true

prepared ~/.ssh/config
installed codex on remote machine
upaded codex cli on my macine

I have also tried switching to another account, reinstalling, deleting .codex configuration and reinstalling. I have asked Codex to fix it and debug it, it said Connections are available, but there is some bug in the app UI.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
