proposal: Standardized Location & Format for Agentic Toolkit Documentation (agents/*.md)

Currently, agent/toolkit documentation for AI agents is fragmented, each provider uses different naming conventions, folder structures, and formats. This makes it harder for the community to share, extend, and integrate toolkits across ecosystems.

I propose adopting a common standard for storing these markdown files:
One folder, one .md per tool.
Suggested structure:

agents/
  WARP.md
  VSC.md
  CLAUDE.md
  ...

codex seems to have an AGENTS.md but perhaps it could be agents/codex.md

PS. I have opened this issue in Claude-code, VSC, and this repo
