Codex Security scan page fails to load with “Invalid URL” after creating a new scan

What issue are you seeing?

I’m using Codex Security with a ChatGPT Business team account. After creating a new security scan for a GitHub repository, the scan details page fails to load the scan data.

The page shows the following errors:

Failed to load scan stats: Invalid URL
Failed to load scan configurations: Invalid URL

<img width="3622" height="1286" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/d7936782-ba9a-481f-b1fc-6c32894b6a20" />

The scan status, result, and scanned commits are all shown as unavailable. The page also says Codex Security is still generating the initial threat model.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1.Log in with a ChatGPT Business team account.
2.Open Codex Security.
3.Create a new security scan for a GitHub repository.
4.Open the newly created scan details page.
5.The page fails to load and shows the Invalid URL errors above.

What is the expected behavior?

The Codex Security scan page should load the scan configuration, scan stats, scan status, results, and scanned commits normally.

Additional information

Regular Codex functionality appears to work normally outside of the Codex Security scan details page. The issue seems limited to Codex Security.

I have the exact same issue. I have tried on multiple computers, multiple browsers, incognito mode, nothing works.
