My Codex got stuck in a thinking loop, drained all my usage, and I think it messed up all my code

What issue are you seeing?

After coding one of my app features, the agent got stuck in a thinking loop. It drained all my usage, and I couldn’t stop it. I waited for almost 30 minutes, then closed and reopened the app, but it was still stuck in the loop and wouldn’t stop. I’m not sure if it made any changes to my code or spoiled my code , and it used up all my usage limits. The prompt i given to it is : yes now working need some tweeking 1) need network fail handing propely 2) ned to do the 1:1 png export to the weatheicon not all for sun also do for all the wearther condation like moon sun with all the ccondation as well as the night or day without animation 3) need to increase the size of the icon and make it in the center with out effecting the location and temp:

What is the expected behavior?

I expected to run that prompt and fix the code with improve the ui of my app
