Codex begins freezing upon chats with multiple image generations. I am working on a project and using the /image generation skill a lot. Once the chat reaches around 10-20+ images, the chat consistently freezes for about 30s - 1 minute upon sending a new message, or receiving a message from codex. My solution has been to archive the chats after this becomes too much of an issue and begin a new one.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Chat with around 10+ generated image assets, send a new message or receive a new message.

What is the expected behavior?

30s - 1 minute freeze upon chat with many images created via /image generation skill.
