Same thing happening for me:
<img width="475" height="505" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/fe9d47d1-e15a-495c-a439-6ad6ca3de7b9" />
Ditto for me:
Route Error (400 ): {
"error": {
"message": "No eligible ChatGPT workspaces found.",
"type": "invalid_request_error",
"param": null,
"code": "chatgpt_account_missing"
}
}
On a team plan
I'm also seeing the 400 Route Error on a Team plan. Identical to ilrein's error above.
Same here
We are aware and actively working on resolving issues with team login, I apologize for the inconvenience.
Can you try again please and let me know?
@pakrym-oai Just tested it and still got the same issue

@KaisAhmad do you have a team or enterprise/business account?
If you'd like feel free to email me your account login to pakrym@openai.com
I'm using a teams account.
I'm not comfortable sharing my credentials, especially via email
Just to clarify, I don't need the password just the email but it's completely understandable and up to you. I'll keep digging.
Ah my bad. Sending an email now!
Any further updates on this one? Still the same issue with team workspace account.
Hi.
I am getting the same error with ChatGPT Enteprise account. Is there admin setting that needs enabling for Codex CLi to be available? Convenience of not having to issue multiple developers separate API access over letting them use existing ChatGPT access is something I would very much love to have.
Still working on it, I apologize for the delay.
@AieatAssam, Codex CLI is not available for ChatGPT Enteprise yet.
Any update for non-Enterprise teams accounts?
Same error for ChatGPT Edu account whereas, in the documentation, it is explicitely mentioned it is available

On the login page, type your company email in the Email address box and click Continue. That will redirect you to our SSO (Okta/Azure AD). Don’t click Continue with Google (or Apple/Microsoft/phone).

Codex is now supported for Enterprise accounts!
