Auto-expand edits in Codex app

The one thing about the CLI is that you're able to view edits as they happen, inline. With the codex app, the only thing you can do is review changes in the right panel but that doesn't help when you've got hundreds of edits across dozens of files.

Please allow auto-expanding inline Edits within the chat as it happens. I'd like to review these changes as they're being applied so I can steer and react more accurately as needed.
