Allow Codex to automatically switch reasoning level based on task complexity

What feature would you like to see?

It would be nice to provide a feature where Codex can automatically switch the reasoning level of the model being used based on the complexity of the task it's currently executing. The model is entirely capable of determining the best reasoning level for the task (or sub-task) at hand; it should be provided with a tool to automatically switch reasoning level based on its judgement.
