VSCode Codex can't open specific message, but when using Codex desktop open once, it can now be opened at VS Code Codex extension.

What issue are you seeing?
I've noticed that some old message in VS Code Codex extension can't be opened, but when I open the same conversation at Codex desktop app, it can be opened, and when I go back to vs code Codex extension, it can open as well.
It seems like Codex desktop app has some sort of purify process!
