Rate limit widget too small to read

What issue are you seeing?

The 'Rate limits remaining' widget underneath the chat box is too small to read the full date/time. There seems to be no way to resize it. I'm using the default appearance settings and font size. I know I can view the rate limits in the other screen, but this used to be legible a couple weeks? ago and now I think the widget got smaller somehow, cutting off the right side of the text.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Click the 'work locally' button on the bottom of the chat window.

What is the expected behavior?

The widget is sized appropriately so you can view the entire text of the rate limit dialog.
