Codex usage limit not decreasing (possible bug) / я нашёл баг на бесконечный лимит codex, только незнаю как я сделал баг

What issue are you seeing?

I am using Codex on a free plan, and my usage limit does not decrease at all.

I have been actively using Codex for around 2–3 days, including long sessions (1–2+ hours), but the usage still shows 100% and no percentage is consumed.

This seems incorrect because on a free plan the limit should be reached much faster.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

• Use Codex actively for extended periods
• Observe that usage percentage does not change

What is the expected behavior?

Usage remains at 100% even after heavy usage.
