What issue are you seeing?

Accessing from Vietnam with Codex Pro.

• No computer use
• No dictation

I tried fully uninstalling codex app from my mac and deleting any app-related files. Tried logging out and logging in. Nothing enables computer use or dictation.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I really do not know. Accessing from Vietnam with Codex Pro.

What is the expected behavior?

On Codex Pro, Computer Use and Dictation should be accessible from Vietnam.
