Summary
GPT-5.5 is available in Codex CLI, but it does not appear in the Codex Desktop App model picker, even when using the same OpenAI account.

What I confirmed
- CLI and Desktop App are logged into the same OpenAI account.
- Restarted the desktop app and retried.
- Issue persists.
Expected behavior
GPT-5.5 should be visible/selectable in the Desktop App if it is available for the same account in CLI.
Actual behavior
GPT-5.5 is selectable in CLI, but missing in Desktop App.
Notes
This may be an entitlement/model-list sync inconsistency between CLI and Desktop App sessions/workspaces.
