This is insance, can't send any request, loading spinner keeps spinning and ui stuck, this is next level, and it's been around several days!!!
Only Codex Desktop App would work!!!

Does the problem go away if you downgrade to the previous version? I'm trying to understand if you're hitting a regression in the extension or the problem is caused by some other change in your environment, system, or account. To my knowledge, we haven't received other reports of the latest extension being completely broken.
it might be backend responding some unexpected error cause frontend to hang, because sometimes it's working sometimes don't, let me gather proper info before opening another new issue.
