Weekly Limit did not reset

What issue are you seeing?

Weekly limit did not reset, usage is the same remaining as it was prior to the reset point. It now shows a new reset point, but the usage did not actually reset. Was 89% prior to reset point, and is 89% after reset point. No tokens consumed between, the usage simply did not reset.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

View Codex usage limits through Codex cloud web app, or inline inside Codex app.

What is the expected behavior?

When the reset point passes, usage should reset to 100%. My reset point was May 1st. On April 30th, I went to bed with 89% weekly remaining (thanks to a globally gifted intra-week reset by OAI as a promotion). When I woke up, I have a new reset day (May 5th), which indicates the original reset point has past, and my usage should be reset, however I still have 89% usage left, and did not consume any tokens overnight. The usage simply did not reset even though the reset point past.

Additional information

Perhaps this is a bug related to the promotional reset feature OAI is using to gift users with additional credits?
