What issue are you seeing?
For the past 6-7 (if not more) of the Codex desktop app, I don't have the ability to fork conversations anymore. The fork button just does not appear on hover. Only Copy and the timestamp.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
The fork conversation button should appear when hovering messages
