What issue are you seeing?
unable to give it a goal unless i manually type the entire goal instead of parsing it.
i would like to render the prompt (read expected behavior) and parse that to codex but /goal is not considered and instead is parsed as plain text.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
ideally i can create the goal from a renderer that parses a few placeholders (https://pastes.dev/IenvRstg3o uses this as template https://pastes.dev/53xdd3IzkO . as you can see it contains /goal at the start so i can parse this into a codex session)

after some testing it seems to work as expected only if the cli context is fresh, adding the Pursuing goal message on the bottom right. but when running the same prompt twice it doesnt start the goal or ask to replace goal like /goal command does. im not sure whats doing internally.
I'm not able to repro the problem. Are you still seeing this with the latest build (0.130.0)?
