This think just waves and waves and waves on first load.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Start codex app
What is the expected behavior?
No waving on that component

That component is also not clickable (i.e. bugged)
OK it took 8 full minutes to load then it worked
Still seems to be slow on 26.513.40821 but took 1 full minute not 8
Down to 11 seconds on 26.527.60818. Better - still not great.
Back up to >120 seconds on CLI 117.0 + 26.527.60818
