As you can see from the screenshot, the proposed changes are not formated, the diff is missing and there is no colors. It's impossible to understand what's happening.
What is the expected behavior?
Please see how claude cli and gemini cli are showing the changes and fix this. Thank you.

It seems we are either missing a "propose patch" tool or it's there and GPT-5 is struggling to find it.
Yes, @nestedlogicsol is there any way to make it work until they release a fix? Codex CLI is practically unusable without seeing what changes it makes....

I'm not even seeing the "Codex wants to run" line - I just see no diff of any kind and codex is asking me if I want to apply changes:
