What is the expected behavior?
my first message not eating up a 10th of my weekly allowance and more than half my 5hr limit!
Additional information
A literal waste of money. Not metaphorically, literally. I had to cancel the job that was eating through my entire 5hr budget and got nothing back. All because the most ridiculous 30x usage rate was defaulted to on.

We've enabled
/fastby default in Business and Enterprise accounts based on customer feedback, as most business want to optimize for maximum employee productivity. If you find that the benefits of/fastdon't justify the additional usage, you can disable it.Yeah, after the first message kills the usage for the first 5 hours. That's
a very expensive default setting.
