Add VSCode Shortcut to Send Current File & Line to Codex CLI

What feature would you like to see?

Similar to https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/7284 and what exist at Claude Code, it will be good for us to have an option to send current File + Line to Codex CLI for us who likes to use Codex through CLI, not the Codex Sidepanel. The existing Codex: Add File to Codex Thread only works to add file to the Codex Sidepanel, not to the CLI.

at the moment Claude allows us to do it via cmd + option + K. it's really helpful for those of us who likes to use CLI (I use CLI all the time)
