missing history for /goal

What issue are you seeing?

All the sessions history using /goal to start a conversation can not be found in codex session history.
I can only see the normal sessions not using /goal to start.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Using /goal command to start a session.

What is the expected behavior?

All the session history should be found in /resume command.
