Terminal closes my opened chat

What issue are you seeing?

Every time I open the terminal and then close all the terminal tabs, it kicks me out of the chat I'm currently in.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open the Codex app
2. Open a new or existing chat
3. Open a terminal tab
4. Close all terminal tabs

What is the expected behavior?

To keep my chat open and not close it.
