What issue are you seeing?
Unable to click the scroll bar. Forced to use the mouse wheel instead, because as soon as you hover over it the "Branch-Details" show up.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Just hover over the scroll bar.
What is the expected behavior?
No random pop up overlay and a clickable scrolling bar.
