What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Version 26.429.30905 (2345)

What subscription do you have?

Personal Plus

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 25.2.0 arm64 arm

What issue are you seeing?

I switched today from Claude to Codex with a Plus account.
After about 20 minutes, I hit my weekly limit. Why didn’t I hit a 5 hour limit first?

With Claude, my usage lasted much longer. At the beginning of the week, I would usually hit the 8-hour limit rather than the weekly limit right away.

Right now it feels like I wasted €20. Is this normal?
