constantly disabling fast mode

What issue are you seeing?

When ever I open codex, it disables fast mode. This used to retain my last setting, but now it seems to be resetting it constantly. There might be more cases, like sometimes I feel like if I wait long enough between use, when I open a new chat, it's in normal speed mode again.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Close and open after a while

What is the expected behavior?

Retain my last setting
