Suggestion: add usage + cost summary

Similar to Anthropic’s Claude Code, it would be highly beneficial to receive a concise summary of the cost incurred during a session, along with the tokens sent and received by the model. This would eliminate the need to repeatedly access the OpenAI API Platform to calculate the cost of each coding session.
