What variant of Codex are you using?

App

What feature would you like to see?

Please add a user-facing setting for the Codex App / Computer Use overlay that lets users hide, dim, or temporarily disable the transparent cursor indicator.

When Computer Use is active, the visible transparent cursor can be distracting or visually intrusive, especially when the user is trying to read, study, watch a screen, or keep another app in front. It would be helpful to keep the safety/visibility benefits while giving users more control over how prominent the pointer overlay is.

Suggested options:

  • Show cursor overlay (default)
  • Dim cursor overlay
  • Hide cursor overlay while idle
  • Temporarily hide overlay until the next Computer Use action
