Decompilation of abandonware triggers cybersecurity risk flag

Linux 6.19.14-300.fc44.x86_64 x86_64 unknown
What terminal emulator and version are you using (if applicable)?
Ghostty 1.3.1-2.fc44
What issue are you seeing?
I'm working on a project to reverse engineer the protocol behind the original incarnation of MSN that shipped with Windows 95 (https://github.com/gabspeck/marvel-msn). I use the ghidra-headless MCP to drive decompilation jobs for the binaries in order to extract the inner workings of the protocol. Sometimes I get the "This chat was flagged for possible cybersecurity risk" message that interrupts the agent's work. Usually I'm able to continue just by telling codex to do so
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Uploaded thread: 019dfda8-9a81-7a71-8ec7-badbfc19a7bc
What is the expected behavior?
Codex works uninterrupted at the decompilation.
