What issue are you seeing?

Every time or most times when we executete prompt via Codex Desktop app i see Reconnecting... 1/5 stream disconnected before completion: Transport error: network error: error decoding response body, and the same goes to 5/5 and continues, even though this is on project work time, and this has been a headache, so i tried other like claude ai etc desktop IDE, and they work well.

1. Taking so long for simple changes sometime if we say do a small code change, it takes ages to think, and currently we have 5hr window. Mostly it get over within 40 min of work
2. Memory loss has been critical now, most of the time when in a single thread when we talk more, it get things forgetting

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open Codex and connect to a Local Code Script, My case im working with React, Python , you can see this after runing some promts.
