I upgraded to Pro but I still see "You're out of Codex messages"

What issue are you seeing?

I upgraded to Pro but I still see "You're out of Codex messages".
I've tried logging out and logging in and restarting the Codex app.
I've already waited half a day to see if this would resolve itself.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I don't know how to repro this, I upgraded from Plus to Pro and got hit with this issue.
