Codex Desktop plugins page layout renders incorrectly until zoom is changed

Issue: Plugins page partially renders / layout is clipped or offset. Changing Zoom In / Zoom Out immediately fixes it.
Workaround: Cmd+0 or toggling zoom triggers correct layout.

What is the expected behavior?
