Codex App fails to register that it's loading with the Windows system

What platform is your computer?

What issue are you seeing?

If you click anywhere at open, Codex shows not responding (it's loading up, so it shouldn't respond) but other apps don't do this. Other apps either load fast or seem to show a loading indicator which prevents the "Not responding" from coming up for some time period. Or the loading happens before the window is shown.
