What platform is your computer?
Windows 11
What issue are you seeing?
Loading the app takes forever, loading the permissions component takes forever, loading plugins takes forever, etc.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Open Codex App in WSL mode, do anything
What is the expected behavior?
It's fast
