Computer Use and chrome plugins and tabs not visible on macOS in Saudi Arabia

What issue are you seeing?

Hi. I'm trying to find where to enable Computer Use in the codex app. When I open preferences, I can't find Computer Use at all. When I open the plugin store and try to search for 'computer' or similar i get no results. Same issue with the chrome plugin. I know it's not available in Europe and the UK but I don't live there. I've tried a fresh reinstall, clearing caches and settings from ~/library and ~/.codex, but none of it helped.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. I've launched the Codex app and opened settings.
2. tried to find Computer Use in the setting categories, but only browser use can be found.

What is the expected behavior?

As I understand since i'm not from any of those regions it should be available.

Additional information

Possibly relevant issue: #20554 - where someone not in Europe doesn't have the feature available as well. I have dictation though.
