What issue are you seeing?

Body
After updating to Codex Desktop 26.506.21252 (2575) on macOS, I’m seeing a fullscreen-only regression where the entire task-layer UI becomes unclickable.

App version: 26.506.21252 (2575)
OS: macOS 15.6.1 (24G90)
Regression: Yes (started right after this update)
Repro rate: Frequent / reproducible in fullscreen
What is affected
In fullscreen mode, task-layer interactions fail, including:

approval dialog option rows (e.g., “Yes”, “Yes, and don't ask again this session”, “No, and tell Codex what to do differently”)
Submit button
(observed previously as well) other task-level selectable rows/buttons in the same overlay
Steps to reproduce

Open Codex Desktop in fullscreen mode
Trigger a task/approval overlay (e.g., sandbox escalation approval)
Try selecting options and clicking Submit
Expected
Task-layer options and Submit should be clickable and actionable.

Actual
Task-layer controls do not respond to clicks in fullscreen.

Workaround
Exit fullscreen mode; interactions work again immediately.

Impact
Blocks task execution and approval flow during normal fullscreen usage.
