Files does not opening in the codex

What issue are you seeing?

At the moment, VS Code shows the file list and image list, including files like README.md and Document.md. However, when I click Open, the file does not open, so I had to open it through Windows Explorer instead.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Provice codex with prompt as like as generate the image for this project with dimension 512x512. Then it generates but I cannot open this file.

What is the expected behavior?
